Unscrew the adjusting screw sleeve installed on the upper frame (pay attention to counterclockwise rotation), remove the upper chamber hopper assembly, lift the adjusting screw sleeve with hoisting equipment, remove the supporting plate bolt of the adjusting screw sleeve, and then remove the mortar wall for replacement. During assembly, clean the outer surface, butter the threaded surface of the adjusting screw sleeve, and install and fix it in reverse order.
matters need attention
There are U-shaped screws on the wall of the rolling mortar on the adjusting ring, and zinc alloy is injected between them to make them closely combined. When installing or replacing the rolling mortar wall, after working for 6-8 hours, check the fastening situation and tighten the U-shaped screws again.
Replacement of broken wall
The broken wall can be replaced on site. Lift out the spindle components and place them on a solid supporting platform, taking care not to damage the moving cone and spherical surface. At the same time, block all oil holes with cloth to prevent dust and impurities from entering. Dismantle the distribution plate, lock nut, lock washer and fusible gasket in turn, and weld two lifting lugs on the old plate at a distance of 180 degrees, so that the broken wall can be lifted out. When installing a new wall, two lifting lugs can also be welded on the position at a distance of 180 degrees.

The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a cone head, and zinc alloy is cast between them. After the newly installed or replaced cone crushing wall works for 6-8 hours, its fastening condition should be checked, and it should be fastened immediately if it is loose.
